Please note that we are working with the hotel to increase the number of rooms available on certain nights. While we believe we have adequate rooms for the meeting nights itself, we may have some difficulty with room nights beyond the actual nights of the meeting. (Average hotel occupancy rate at the Green Valley Ranch is 98%.)

Transportation:

The hotel has a free shuttle from to/from the airport. This is a first-come-first-served shuttle for no more than 15 passengers. It also has a semi-regular shuttle to the Las Vegas strip in the evenings.

There is no for-pay shuttle (e.g. SuperShuttle) between the airport and the hotel.

Taxi fare should cost about $35-40 each way between the airport and the hotel.

We suggest that you consider renting a car. Parking (including valet parking) is free at the visitor sites, hotels, and casinos throughout Las Vegas. Public transportation (except on the Strip) is not very good. So, getting around on your own may be difficult.
