Organizations interested in being vendors will need the following information:

• Registration packet/form (click here)
  • Registration packet must be completed in full and returned by June 1, 2007
  • Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis
  • Exhibitor space (10'x10') - Single $1,250; Double $2,500. Rates increase by $250 after June 1, 2007
  • Additional company representatives: $325 per person
  • All registered exhibitors are given a banquet ticket and are welcome to all other activities including the reception.
  • Setup on Sunday, June 17, 2007; Breakdown afternoon of Wednesday, June 20, 2007. All times will be confirmed by email.
• Exhibitor Internet Request for Hotel (click here) (responsibility of the vendor). The hotel will generate a quote and provide it to you.
